Additae Global was originally founded by Greg Waters back in 2017, and quickly became synonymous with providing high-quality mid to senior level candidates to some of the most technologically ambitious companies on the planet. 

Meanwhile, Anthony Hickey was busy leading a rival executive search team, also focused on Advanced Manufacturing. A chance meeting at Formnext in 2019 led to a conversation around “what would happen if we joined forces?” 

Fast forward to August 2021, and Additae Digital was born. To grow, scale and empower industry 4.0.

Our story goes to show - you never know where a conversation can lead.
